Rural Electrification Corporation Limited (REC), A Navratna PSU Incorporated In 1969. Its Main Objective is to Finance and Promote Rural Electrification Project all Over the Country.

REC provides loan assistance to SEBs/State Power Utilities for investments in rural electrification schemes through its Corporate Office located at New Delhi and 17 field units (Project Offices), which are located in most of the States. It has Efficient Team of 20 H.R Executives.

REC Received Indian Pride Award for the Year 2010 For Being Adjudged the Best NBFS and Also the Third DSIJ award in2011.speed king for the fastest growing PSU across MahaRatna, Navratna  And Mini Ratna.

The company was also featured in Dun &Bradstreet’s India’s top PSU’s 2011
