1. The third meeting of Power HR Forum was held on May 23, 2003 at Power Management Institute of NTPC at it's Noida campus at 11.00 am and was attended by the following members:

Director (Personnel) from Power Grid, Director (ID&A) from Power Finance Corp.,
Director (HRD & CVO) from Rural Electrification, Secretary from Bhakra Beas Management Board, Director (Personnel) from NEEPCO could not attend meeting due to their preoccupation. In the meeting, however BBMB and NEEPCO remained un-represented.
2.Director-HR, NTPC welcomed all the members and after recapitulating the progress by the forum in last two meetings, the Action Taken Report of previous two meetings were shared with the members and the discussions were held on the agenda points. During the discussion, the following points had emerged:
- Employee Compensation (Uniformity Vs
Flexibility)
- Possibilities and Modalities of Pooling of
Facilities
- Sharing of Information
- Reward & Recognition
- Other Points
