2. Director (HR) NTPC welcomed all the guests and the minutes of the first meeting were shared with the members and the discussions were held in line with the agenda decided during the first meeting. During discussion the following points had emerged:

- Common Written Test for Recruitment of Trainees in Executive Cadre
- Corporate Social Responsibility
